I think there's a problem with my back! watch

    Yeah, so my back/spine is curved. It's like an inward curve which results as my butt sticking out and everytime I wear a t-shirt it makes it look like I've gotta hunchback. Do I need to tone it? My mate showed me his and it was pretty much straight with a little bit of a curve at the top...

    What? From your description I can't tell if it's a curvature of the spine or what I have (which I don't believe a deformity) I think mine looks a little like this (which turns out to be lordosis)

    Sounds like Scoliosis. Pretty common although I'm not sure what you can do about it ..

    Thanks for your help fellow users. I can now go to my GP/Doc and see what he says. I don't wanna have a surgical operation.
