I know i'm only 17 now, but I look back to when I was 13-15 and wish I could relive it again... I always wanted to get older, now I just want to go back xD

Although I suppose you could say i'm living the teen life now, going to parties, clubs, going out a lot but I try to balance it with work too.

I definitely would regret it if I didn't in the next few years that would suck..

I know how you feel, but don't feel too bad about it: at least you got something out of your teens; I spent most of mine being ill. You're still so young...... plenty more parties to go to and if you have any trouble acting immaturely, there's always alcohol.......

I did miss out on such a life. I'm 19 and went to one party; never had many friends, never socialised because no-one really liked me. I feel like I've missed out, but what depresses me is that I can't foresee it ever changing.

Please don't think like this. I felt like I missed out on drinking all the way through university. Don't look back into the sun. Look forward. Do what you want. Re-live your teens, you're only 23!

So? You can go to parties and have a girlfriend now.

Since when was (teenage) life about partying and having relationships? It's not a bloody necessity.

I'm a teenager and tbh with you, I really could not give a ****.

Have kids and live through them. Join them at ALL the parties. Dress like they do. Get with their boyfriends.

    They'll love you for that.

I think being 23 is a great time for you to start living!

I missed out on most of my 20s. From 21 onwards actually. I only got to experience "fun" from 19-21, and even then I worked full time for a year of that.

I'm 27 now, and JUST starting to re-find myself, and get out a bit. It's nice. Do I feel like I'm a tad past it? Maybe just a bit, but so what if I'm the "old one" in the club lol. I don't care.

Get out there and have some fun and stop dwelling on the past.

Stop feeling so pessimistic and realise you have your 20s to "partay".

I pretty much did similar, I raised my sister on my own from 14, worked from 16, went to school, didn't have time for much of a social life. But honestly, I've never seen the attractiveness of big parties etc. Quite happy with the occasional small party with close friends actually
