Unsure whether or not to kick my Dad out watch

    Obviuosly it's his dad so he's gonna be more sympathetic towards him and try and justify his actions by saying he a good guy when he's not drunk
    All I'm saying is as a person looking in it seems he was an abusive father and husband long before his wife got ill so you can't blame everything on that
    Also for counselling or rehab to work the motivation has to come from the dad himself If he doesn't want to change no one can make him change
    Also his mum owned the house completely and left everything in the will to her kid
    This suggests to me the father did very little for his family and that the mum wanted what's best for her kid and maybe how the will turned out wasn't as accidental as the OP thinks

    I don't know where he stands legally with this (I doubt he has many rights if he's not paying rent) but it might be worth giving the Citizen's Advice Bureau thing a call just in case.
