    If you're doing a fair bit of walking it's probably best to pop. Use a needle to make a little hole so the fluid can leak out, put some Savlon on and cover it over.

    PS: Sterilize the needle before hand.

    I always pop them. The satisfaction is almost worth the pain.

    I pop mine unless they're tiny, just because if I don't they either pop themselves anyhow or I manage to aggravate them through plasters. At least if I pop them I can put a plaster over them and it heals.
