    I think people PM metro and then he announces the government (lets them into the subforum) and the opposition and I think that then means parliament is open for business.

    In the past the government has then made a thread announcing the cabinet positions and so on but that isn't required

    I think this is how it works anyway.

    Yeah but whoever does form the government, don't announce all the positions at once. Announce them over a period of an hour or something
