I'm on the waiting list too What subjects did you pick, and what were your predicted grades?
I originally had picked Biology, IT, Economics and Business but changed like two three of them during the start of college, I think my predicted grades were 3 A*'s, 3 A's and the rest Bs and Cs..

If you don't get in to woodhouse, where are you going?

Maybe they're on their Easter holidays
Anyway, I need to stop procrastinating.
    Be back after hardcore revision!
Actually there are people in school who work at office and i can see them quite clearly ( in woodhouse library )

I think you guys are stressing way tooo much......
Even if you get an offer you got to meet the 6.0 average (B) so might not definitley have a aplce unless there nice..
Plus getting on the waiting list isn't bad at all... as you get the average or above they'll definitley offer you a place as a lot of people dont go as its far ..
Even if you get rejected on the day you get your results you can come into woodhouse and do something called a new application... so you can still possibly get in

The criteria for Woodhouse seems dodgy...
They expect some Cs from him for crying out loud!!!
Grade offers are lower if you do btecs or certain subjects like ICT or something

Lol the offers are really low, mine said i need "3bs" and a 6.0 average.
3 B's are probably minimu requirements for certain subjects... and 6.0 means B on average for all gcse's so you can balance a C out with an A,etc

The first few weeks are a bit weird, but after that you get settled in, plus you work harder and have higher aspirations

Sadly I didn't, in fact I didn't hear about the college till recently. I'm erm quite disorganised when it comes to these things...
It isn't a college it is a sixth form, and it is one of the best in the country. You would of got in easily.

If you work, you'll do well in any school. It doesn't really matter whether you're going to WoodHouse or any other college/sixth form institution, you've got to work hard.

Did you try coming into open day?
Plus you can always back out, because a few people come in during the induction day and first few days of school then go back to their old one as they dont like it but those that do well keep doing well

Ooh, thanks I chose Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Psychology and my predicted grades are 4A*'s, 6A's, 3B's and 1 distinction plus I did English Lit and Lang. last year so I thought I had an OK chance, but I was put on the waiting list instead =/ Do you think I still have a good chance?

I'm going to go to Grey Coat Hospital, if they don't offer me a place
