If you are getting invited to interview, then your application or CV/covering letter are working. But if you get to interview and consistently don't get any further, then something is probably wrong with your interview technique. They aren't inviting you to interview just to reject you, that would be a pointless waste of their time and money.

It is hard to give any specific advice with what you have said, but you need to check the basics, like you are turning up looking smart, looking clean and hygienic etc. Then you need to consider how you are answering questions - have you got clear direct answers to all the standard questions about yourself? Do you know how to answer competency questions? Do you know about answering competency questions using the STAR format? Have a Google on interview techniques, competency questions and STAR, making sure you are only using UK websites.

You need to prepare before the interview, be very clear about what sort of person they are looking for and prepare your evidence that proves you are that person.
