I'm studying Germany, Russia and China for my History AS exams and well, I've not done much studying apart from the rare extra reading I've completed throughout the year.
So how do I revise? because I have no clue
I was thinking of just making notes. Handwritten or computer?

I've been making notes on the computor. Only because we're doing the Britain 1815-65 unit (the dryest, most uninteresting, most boring...) and there is a lot of content to get through. When I do it I just want to get through it, so my writing is all scraggly and since my textbook is rubbish I'm compiling notes from online, other books, good as a revision resource. It does seem to sink in- dates and things at least!
Oh and we have to learn all those quotes too...
