    How do i get my chest even? my left side seems more developed than my right :-(

    i think it's because i'm naturally a little stronger when doing mass-gaining chest exercises..

    i can get some pics if required

    A few weeks of Dumbell presses should sort it out. Focus on pushing it up with your pecs, not your arms.

    How does this happen? If you're benching it shouldn't be an issue should it?

    This happened to me because my right bicep was naturally stronger then my left so when i benched my left pec worked harder and became more developed...
    dw it evens out after a while

    Biceps are a primary mover in the bench press afterall :confused:
