I already know about watching videos, and I find this very helpful. However, I thought that as I am mainly a audio-visual learner (learn best by visual combined with audio) I was thinking of creating videos using my own notes. So I tried it out and it was very helpful, however I used an online whiteboard and screen recorder, I found it incredibly irritating to write with my mouse and my handwriting looked messy, it was quite time-consuming and frustrating.

Can anyone suggest an alternative method for an audio-visual learner? thanks

I'm a visual learner. Highlighters FTW. They're brilliant for learning vocab if you highlight masculine nouns in one colour, feminine in another and neuter in another colour.

I'm not really a visual learner solely. You see, I have to have a combination of visual and auditory for me to effectively retain information. Your method sounds good, but how can this be combined with audio? (apart from reciting)

say the masculine words in a deep voice, the feminine ones in a high one and the the neuter ones in a normal one.
