Are Warwick encouraging me to apply through Extra?

First off, sorry I know I've made many posts on this but I am actually getting somewhere now.

I spoke to the head of Psychology at Warwick about applying through Extra. I said whether I meet their requirements, my concerns about having to decline five offers etc...

He told me to send him an email stating my qualifications to which he will then forward to admissions at Warwick. I did all of this and the reply I got from them was basically.

Your qualifications do meet our entry requirements, if you decide to apply to us I will ensure your application will be processed as soon as possible.

If I do this, do you think they're saying they're likely to accept me?

I had a lengthy conversation with the psychology undergraduate enquieries where I expressed my concern, notified them where I had applied (they asked how much risk I was taking) etc...? It seems like a kick in the teeth if after all that they reject me.
