People at volunteering groups

Hey,
I want to meet people when I volunteer at charities, which ones involve lots of team work and working with peers?

most do. pick some work than you can relate to on a personal level, though. helps find more like minded people.

Generally any charity where you get trained up will involve an element of team work and mentoring, particularly if you're helping vulnerable people. I've just started working with Victim Support, the initial training consists of 7 days of work, the group I'm in is made up of 20 volunteers and we've all really bonded, because most people who volunteer are of a similar mindset and hold similar values. When I start actually helping people there will be a huge support network of other volunteers and staff there for me. You will inevitably meet people, that's the main part.
