    It was a handheld game where you controlled a rocket from start to finish. Moving upwards, you had to avoid various obstacles. The controls were fairly simple - right, left, and perhaps a control to accelerate, I can't remember. To get back to the start you had to wind it back. I don't think it was electronic.
