Nope. I heard about this because someone made a thread about it in Current Affairs.

    Vince Cable annoys me...

although he does make a good point that David Davis should have won

Cable is being a ****, but the comments from Reid about changing the goals are wonderfully hypocritical.

I'm loving Vince Cable atm, only because i'm loving the Lib Dem infighting.

It's doing the party well in winning some credit from the Lib Dems who won't be voting for them again, playing politics quite well.

If the nation ran a Coalition drinking game and a rule was "Take a shot everytime the government breaks an election promise", everyone would've caught liver disease by May 12th, 2010.

Student Finance isn't entirely useless after all. I guess I won't be needing these bombs... hmm better phone Al Qaedi and send them back. I am sure they can find a better use for them.

I'll probably end up in court soon "threatening language" oh nooo

-_- That could prove interesting. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland vote Yes. England votes No. Interesting.

I think Cameron is right... you need someone competent, Brown is not.

If Brown knew that he needed the government to rubber stamp his bid, what on earth would make him think he would get it?

It just seems a waste of his time trying to land the job in the first place.

    Strange.

Do many people on here actually want to go into Politics at some point?

It seems a bit of a non-argument. The author's point is that people in Scotland will bother to vote while people in England won't. More fool the English electorate.

I think we will have a low turnout because no-one really believes AV will make much of a difference either way.

Since I was about 6 years old I have always wanted to be a teacher but in Year 9/10 when I started to read more into politics and slowly become more interested I realised that was my passion. I would love to become an MP

I wanted to stand was a Councillor for this election but I wasn't old enough by the close of nominations but I will be old enough in time for the vote!

Yes I would love to become an MP but I'm scared about my future education wise. I don't want to go to uni because I hate studying but if I knew I could become an MP without a degree then I would progress my options in my place of work currently until that day.
