What part of the application do UEA place the most emphasis on for selecting candidates for interviews and offers?
On the flip side if one part of your application is weak what would be the one that would be most detrimental to your application if applying to UEA?

Requirements as in, GCSEs, A-levels, Ps, Work Experience, UKCAT.

Well they do like a good PS, but they have a few screening that you need to get through to move onto the next one.

So first they look at your academics, and if you don't pass that you're binned. Then they look at the PS/reference and if that isn't up to scratch you're binned. And then they have the interview etc.

So apart from UKCAT, which they're not too bothered about, you can't really "make up" for any weak areas AFAIK.

When they look at your grades are they looking for if you meet their cut off or do they formulate their own cut off depending on the applications they recieve?

AFAIK you just need to meet the requirements that they state on the website, but don't take this as absolute fact as I'm not entirely sure.
