Your body looks absolutely normal -- and if it weren't increasingly unacceptable for me to do so, I'd say that you look really rather saucy. Don't worry. You have a little bit of a stomach, but almost everyone does. So go to the gym, work on your abs and be healthy generally, but don't look to change yourself too drastically or beat yourself up too much: you're beautiful as you are.
Aww okay thank you so much This is the positivity I needed <3

Sounds like your ex just said it to be a ****.

    Nothing wrong with your body.
I couldn't believe it when he said it because he KNOWS how self-concious I am about my body

    Hellooo there TSR!

FIRST of all I KNOW I'm not obese or even FAT so this isn't an attention seeking thread.
Basically I hate my body and the other day even my ex asked if I've put on weight I'm just so shapeless?! And I would love it if you fitness gurus out there could give me some tips on how to sort it out.

    I'm around 5 foot 6
    Weigh about 55kg

    I really don't like my :

    - Bingo wings
    - Shapeless bum
    - FAT BELLY
    - Big thighs

I want to be toned and slender and seriously get rid of my fat belly that makes me look pregnant in tight clothes. So yeah...Please help

    Diet tips?
    Exercise tips?

Ignore everything on this thread and just follow that link.
Advice from a world famous professional trainer is hard to fault. Follow the plan religiously and you'll get your ass, more definition in your arms and toned abs.

No I am serious. Although your body might not be the best in the world but it is certainly beautiful IMO. But there are some improvements that maybe can be done. I am not an expert in this field.
    Get a grip Sir Galahad

EDIT: Oh God, it isn't just you. The army of non-fitness regular perma-virgins have arrived.

Great to know that your low standards and limp **** get her approval, I am sure that will nullify any qualms she has with her own personal appearance :congrats:.

Implying eating lots of fat is necessarily bad <= lol

So much **** advice in this thread. The guys who say 'skinny fat' and 'squat' win the thread.

How is it possible that I'm the same height and have a slightly slimmer belly but weigh 2 stone more than you?

You probably have bigger boobs...my weight is spread very disproportionally. My lower arms and legs are tiny whereas upper arms and thighs are quite heavy.

On a more serious note, there's nothing wrong with your body. But if you really want to lose weight ahead of the summer just try and exercise more and cut out the saturated fats, pretty simple advice but it's a pretty simple soloution.
