Contact UCAS tomorrow, shouldn't be a problem.
Thanks. But what will I need to provide them with, and how should I contact them?

Like Good bloke says, just phone them up and explain what you want to do, ie, change your firm and insurance around. They'll likely ask for your UCAS number and should be able to do it for you.

If you get the grades for your first choice, can you ever go to your second? Does that never happen?

You can get released from your first choice and apply to your insurance in Clearing ... but the insurance are under no obligation to take you.
