RT-PCR technique

If we have 5' non-blunt ends; can they be marked with the RT technique?

By RT are we talking reverse-transcription or real-time here? You'll have to expand on what "marked" means for me I'm afraid

Right I'm a little confused by your question - reverse transcription PCR begins with an RNA molecule which is converted to a cDNA before the usual amplification steps - are you asking whether a dsRNA with 5' sticky ends can undergo this process?
