    Hello

    i wanted to know if any one has any REALLY effective leg exercises to tone my thighs, calves, and yes, my bum. There isn't much to tone, but i want them perfect for summer.

    Squats - helps tone your thighs n ass
    Lunges - with dumbells helps tone your thighs and ass too
    Calf raises - use some dumbells too and do these to tone your calves

    squats with the heaviest weight you can manage for 3*5/3*8/5*5 and repeat 2-3 times a week, increasing the weight as often as you can

    no such thing as toning.
    something can look toned, but there's no such thing as making a muscle toned.

    You can either
    A. Build muscle.
    B. Burn fat.

    so, to make your ass look more toned, you want to:

    A. Build muscle.
    - Do squats (3 sets of 5, with a heavy weight)

    B. Burn fat
    - Do weight lifting
    - Go for a run in the morning to increase metabolism
    - eat with a calorie deficit (calories out > calories in)
    - consider an ECA stack, but be careful with that stuff

    I have done ballet for the past 14 years. And my toes aren't broken, you're obviously going en pointe wrong, you shouldn't have lots of weight on your toes, but pull up out of your shoes!
