At 5'11.5 and under 125 lbs, I'm relatively underweight, when people tickle or poke me they say they can feel my bones and it's 'disgusting', 'creepy' or that I'm 'too thin'. This then made me think about when a person is considered as too thin by an individual. I personally don't think I'm too skinny, and find what others who are often deemed as 'too/freakishly skinny' attractive, so it seems my perceptions of what is 'too skinny' is quite warped. How skinny is too skinny to you?

If you're fine with it, that's what matters.
    thin>fat.

As long as you have a healthy diet and lifestyle, I don't think it matters. Some people are just naturally skinny and there's nothing they can do about it, so it's unfair for them to be insulted for it

too skinny is when bones jut out everywhere, and when you make a conscious effort to make that happen.

Being overly thin can be just as unhealthy as being overweight, so they can be just as bad as each other.

OP if you are concerned about your weight you could go and see a GP who will be able to offer you advice on what to do and give you a check up to see if you are healthy or indeed very underweight. If you are scarily thin you might be putting yourself at risk to bone problems, anaemia and even fertility problems.
