TSR Food people! I need your help. :O

So here's the deal. I am in university (not UK), so the food system is kind of different.

Thing is, it is compulsory to buy a meal plan. And the cafeteria food is horrible. I am not paying much (which I guess explains the bad food...) so I am not too concerned. However it means I skip meals quite often and I really don't like going hungry.

So what else can I eat?

    Here is the scene:

    1. Takeaways are possible occasionally but I can't afford them daily.
    2. Don't have access to a fridge/freezer .
    3. Have access to a microwave.
    4. Have access to an electric kettle.
    5. Room temperature is cool-ish during the night, early morning and evening. But really hot in the afternoon (information relevant to storage I guess?
    6. Can get milk really easily.

I am already thinking of microwave noodles and cereals. But I really need some other ideas!

Let's see what you people can come up with! Thanks!

You can microwave baked potatoes (sweet potatoes too).
And I've just searched and found this.. with some recipes on page two.

Thanks but see, provided I don't have access to a fridge etc I can't exactly store vegetables/meat etc. And walking for an hour to get all this stuff fresh won't do. :/
