How can I use the fact that I'm an ethnic minority to my advantage in employment watch

I'm trying to find a graduate programme for people from minorities (I'm half Sami). I know there was one within the Civil Service where you were only allowed to apply if you from an ethnic minority, but I'm looking for companies in the private sector. I think I'm a good candidate but I think I'd find it a lot easier to get a job if only people from a similar background are allowed to apply.

You are white. Whilst your ethnicity may linked to the geographical location of northern-Scandinavia, for all intents and purposes, you're not going to get any favours for being "White (other)".

Not that I would enourage anyone to seek favours based on their ethnicity.

When employers reject you, reply with 'Is it cos I'm Sami?'

Then claim they're being racist and threaten to sue them

Basically there are two responses to this. Either you are a troll in which case I'd ask you to find a better use of your time or you are being serious in which case I'd tell you your an unethical prick.
