I have a job interview (or 'event', as they called it) at Lloyds TSB in 2 days time. It's for a customer service role. I was wondering if anyone has been to one of these 'events' before, and if so, what should I expect?
I mainly want to know
Is it a single or group interview?
How long does it last? (I've been looking things up for hours, and I found one person that said just over an hour, and another that said 4!)
What types of things are you expected to do/what times of questions are you asked?
Any help would be greatly apprecitated. I've found it hard to find any info, as many prospective employers for Lloyds are on graduate programs, so all the info is about these. I'm simply going for a part time customer service job, so the interview process won't be the same.
