I've found out that it's possible to download a lot of programmes on casio fx-9750GII written by amateur programmers.

These seem useful, as they can differentiate, integrate (in numbers, not on graph) and other useful stuff.

On the web-sites where these can be downloaded none of these programmes have high ratings. The best ones have 5.5-5.7 out of 10 with 700-800 votes, but there are no commentaries explaining anything.

Are there glitches in these, do they give wrong answers, or do they cause the calculator to malfunction?

Anyone had any experience with those? Any advice would be appreciated.

Another question, do I just buy mini-usb to usb cord to install apps on this calculator or do I need some specific cable?

    Thanks.

In all likelyhood you will be OK. If they were useless they wouldn't get that high reviews... In reality you will be looking at programms that work sometimes... IE only work for real numbers etc...

Worst case scenario... Have to reset the calc. Give the programms a go.
