I have been battling anorexia and cutting. I want to stop but it's so hard. I'm afraid if anyone knew about my anorexia they would leave me.

Are you receiving any sort of help to deal with these issues?

I'm recovering from anorexia atm and the best thing you can do right now is speak to someone - your mum/dad/brother/sister/best friend just anyone! Believe me. I'm not good at confrontation but I told my bestfriends and although they didn't help much, it just made me feel better.

Consider going to the doctor. If this makes you uncomfortable try researching 'anorexia self help' because that's what I did and now I've gone from eating about 700-800 calories a week to about 1000 by adding 100 calories each week

As for the cutting, only you can stop that. You know how much harm you're doing to yourself and there's nothing neither me nor anyone else can say that will change that. It's up to you if you wanna change yourself for the better.

The best thing to do is tell somebody, it gets it off your chest and then you can start to deal with the situation. I know how it feels, having dealt with this before, and sometimes you don't want to tell your parents, so tell your doctor, they will keep it confidential and if you parents or friends are supportive then they will help you through the tough times and then you can look back and be proud!
