    Hey, I am putting together my bundle for an upcoming moot, and just need the headnotes for the cases - can someone clarify for me what is included in the headnote! Thanks

    Isnt it just the full citation of the case?

    If you're on Westlaw and downloading the PDF versions of the original case reports then the headnote is essentially the bit before the judgment - the bit with the name, court, date, abstract, facts etc. usually on page 1 and possibly extending into page 2.
