I've got an unconditional place for September. I start on the 19th of September but am away on holiday until 22nd. Who do I inform that I won't be at the first week of Uni?

Ring the Admissions office because that's where you'll be registered? And then they can refer you on if it's needed.

If you're going to be living in halls, you will miss the moving-in dates and enrollment for attendance, which is usually on the first day of Freshers Week. Ring the accommodation office and admissions so they can make special arrangements for you. You probably won't be the only one missing the first few days so don't worry too much.

I'm surprised you planned your holiday at that time. It's not as if universities haven't started in mid-late September (Oxford and Cambridge apart perhaps) since well, perhaps Victorian times.

I would have cancelled my holiday or come home early. Is it possible to? I would have regretted missing the first week.
