    Hi,

I finished my A-Level (AS and A2) last summer and am taking a gap year.

I am applying to unis abroad so I need to show my certificates.
So I have been digging out all the reports and result sheets, then I found out that I didn't have my AS certificates.

I have done AS Physics and 3 other A2's. I DO have my A2 certificates, but not AS ones. Some of my friends said I should have received AS certificates for all the subjects I did in my AS. So they mean I should have 4 AS certificates and 3 A2 certificates.

But all I seem to find is my result sheets and 3 A2 certificates, and plus I don't even remember getting any for AS.

    So, here's my question.
Do AS cerficates (NOT AS result sheets) exist? If they do, what do I have to do to receive them?
If they don't, how will I be able to prove that I have done AS physics?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You should have 3 A2 certificates (ones you did to A2) and an AS subject certificate, the subject you dropped. If you continued a subject to A2 and weren't issued an AS certificate, it does not matter.

It seems you are missing one AS subject certificates (the one you dropped, in this case Physics), that's it. Contact your school/exam-board and get that certificate.

I am sure my school will say they don't have any for me because they are like that
Anyway, I will contact my school and exam board to see if I can get an AS certificate.
Thanks so much for your info!
