    Eaten - two chocolate croissants, a whetherspoons panini plus chips, followed by fudge cake/ice cream (om nom nom), then a southern fried chicken panini with dailyrea, chilli sauce and mayo.

    As you can see, my diet is going beautifully.

    Nah - it's not too bad, today is a pig out day.. back on track tommorow. Exercise wise I've walked a mile and a bit..

    I've had a large pizza, cheese steak, 5 packets of crisps, galaxy 100g bar, 1 litre of coca coca (DIET of course).

    My exercise was getting to the kitchen.

    Bran flakes for breakfast, toast and anapple for lunch.
