I have bad AS January results and now my parents are sending me to another country watch

In my January AS I received
    C - Biology (apparently one off B)
    C - Physics
    B - English Lit Coursework

But my excuse for those results were that during the Christmas holidays when I should have been revising, I was in the psychiatric ward because I had tried to kill myself -.-'

Anyways my parents are sending me to HK to repeat the year and do the IB instead. I will have to leave my friends, my gay boyfriend (I'm pretty certain I won't find another bf in HK) and my parents/family.
I'll be the one of the only white kids in the school so I'll feel singled out and I'm scared of being lonely and rejected because I'm gay.

What do I do? I'm so depressed at the moment, my boyfriend doesn't want a long dist relationship so we'll have to break up and he's my first kiss/love and vice versa. It's already tearing me apart and I'm paranoid that there is another guy who is after him, that we met at a party last week, because he keeps posting on his wall to come on facebook chat and saying he's a cutie sleephead (the guys in his twenties, my bf and I both 16) But I haven't even started revising for summer AS because I don't think there's any point now -.-'

Is there still a chance if I start studying for summer AS exams now, that I'll still get into the UK's top universities and I won't have to leave? Even with my bad winter results?

    Your results are not bad.

Also, your parents sound like idiots.

I would advise working really hard now, and meanwhile ask your parents if you get particular grades (agree targets with them), if you can stay in the country, and continue studying A Levels. Hopefully they'll realise how committed you are/how hard you're working and change their minds! Also, you could tell them that the IB wouldn't suit you as you prefer specialising in a few subjects? You're results aren't that bad, especially considering your circumstances, is there any way your teachers could help you explain to your parents that your results aren't as bad as they think?

This is the first I've heard of a white person being deported because of their grades.

Why can't you just retake those modules? Plenty of people do that and they come out alright.

I'm tempted to call troll. Something just doesn't seem right.

But if it is true, do what has been suggested and try convince your parents that if you get certain grades you'll be able to stay.

Plus BCC isn't bad especially for first Jan results!

I got worse than those grades in AS but turned them around at June AS to mainly As and some Bs.

BCC is good! Show them this thread haha, or refuse and stay with family? :s If you end up with great results you might be able to stay :P This should be more incentive to revise hard!

Yes with the right attitude and commitment, you can do it, there's about 4.5 weeks left. So get studying - constructing a revision timetable first is a very good idea.
