Are you supposed to sweat a lot when you have a high temperature?
I've been taking Lucozade, vitamin C tablets, a lot of water and being wrapped up.

    Thank you

Take paracetamol (unless you've ever been told by a dr not to).

Never knew TSR would be more useful than Google. As for the question, paracetamol should be the best way to recover.

Take a paracetamol or a nurofen, will bring the temperature down

otherwise, drink and rest plenty if you're poorly sick
