erm im not sure, but i mean is she not eating at all or just not enough ???. she needs to eat as i am sure you aware it affects concentration. if its getting to the point where shes feeling dizzy she SERIOUSLY needs to eat

Well the average person can live weeks without any food, I presume if she's not eating properly then she's trying to loose weight?

Well in that case she could go for longer than most people :P

Obviously this is not a good way to loose weight for many, many reasons.

blokes always seem to it though, its a proper lads diet. works all the time, not healthy mind you.

You can last for weeks without food, but you may feel dizzy etc when trying to do exercise or something. Recently I've stopped eating so much (who can be bothered with lunch? Really?) but I've been fine, so I guess it depends on the person

If i was you, i would eat lunch. even if youre not hungry, just have a piece of piece of fruit. i stopped eating lunch for about a week, just because i wasnt hungry, then i worked out how many calories id had in a day, and it worked out at like 600 or something, so i thought that probably wasnt healthy! but if you get up at 1 or something, you probably dont need lunch, just a good breakfast!

to the OP - youre friend mught be on a crash diet - these dont really work, because when you start eating normally again all the weight just goes back on. tell her to eat healthy meals - cereal for breakfast, salad or jacket potato for lunch, and lots of veg for dinner.
WELL, YOU SHOULD TALK TO HER PARENTS!!!!! IF YOU A GOOD FRIEND U SHOULD DO THAT, SO SHE WOULD START EAT PROPERLY, COZ IF SHE WONT START EATING GOOD IT CAN COUSE MANY PROBLEMS AND SHE CAN END UP IN THE HOSPITAL!!!! DO IT BEFORE YOUR FRIEND HARMS HERSELF..
p.s. also, if a perosn doesnt eat properly he doesnt get vitamins and stuff and it will cause a deep depression and from this depression she or he will need lots of time to get cured

Tell her to eat, otherwise her body will slowly break down fat to compensate for the loss of nutrition, then it will break down her musceles, then her organs and then she will die. :smile:

This does take awhile though.....

I usually have a snack or something. Sometimes I don't though (the other week I didn't eat all day until it got to about 10 pm and I was considering going to bed...I decided to have cous cous.)
