Numbers with only 0 and 1. Come on, everybody knows that!

0 = 0
1 = 1
10 = 2
11 = 3
100 = 4
101 = 5

etc..

You'll have to explain it a bit more than that byb3 it took me a few reads to get what was going on :smile:

It works in powers of 2, going from left to right it goes ......., 4, 3 , 2 ,1 ,0

Every 1 is a 2 and every 0 is nothing.

In the decimal system each digit is a tenth of the previous one (that's the best I can do). In binary each digit matches to a power of two. So being 18 my age is 18 = 16+2 = 2^4 + 2^1 = 10010.

A 31-year-old would be 31 = 16+8+4+2+1 = 2^4+2^3+2^2+2^1+2^0 = 11111. Fill in 1 if you need the corresponding power of 2 in order to add to your age, and 0 if you don't.

I am 10101 years old.
