whats wrong with me

i used 2 b super fit do loads of excericse etc but ever since i left school in july i havent had time to do much excercise as im constantly working and always tired.. anyway things have changed with my body now e.g ive got lighter periods, i've put on weight and today i went to the gym but after 5 mins on the bikes i becamew very light headed and had to stop. i thought a few weeks ago that the light period and weight issues could b because i was pregnant, i went to the doctor twice as i was very concerned and preganncy test both times were negative and she assured me that i was having periods and thus i couldnt b pregnant. but now i dnt know whats wrong with me. could i have just become v.light headed at gym today due to being tired and general lack of excerise?? its never happened before ever

Right, I can't really get what you're saying because of that chuffing text type, but I'll do my best:

1: Did you recently go on the pill? This can have an effect on your periods and could be the reason for why they're lighter. It does also cause you to put on a bit of weight.

If not then yeah, it is because you're not excersising as much anymore. Make time for yourself so you can do it. Do it at home if you really have no other options. There are very simple excersises which are quite effective and don't need any of the fancy equipment which can be found at the gym - you'll have to look for something to suit you though.

Also, make sure you keep your diet in check. That could be another reason for your problems.

If you havent really exercised since July, chances are thats why you've put weight on - its amazing how fast it happens if you stop.
If you're not as fit as you used to be, maybe you just overestimated yourself at the gym and thats why you got lightheaded - take it easy, you'll need to work you way back up to your previous fitness level.
This happened to me - I was in a car accident and couldnt excercise for ages. (still cant properly :frown: )
Doesnt explain your light periods though  .. could even be unconnected. Sometimes they even out a bit as you get older, could just be that.

I don't really know of too many to be honest, but hmmm..

Squats are simple to do
Also, grab a few tins of whatever, lie on your back and have a tin in each hand and just do lifts - keeping your arms straight at all times
Sit Ups, Push Ups...

Just try researching some, because to be honest I'm lazy and I'm going to show it =P
