I was just wondering before the Civil Liability Courts Act in 2004 were torts for personal injury, negligence, nusiance, and breach of duty actionable for 6 years? As i know now they are for 2 years.

Exam questions on the statute are based on 1957-1991 so is it 6 or 2 years?

Many thanks

Refer to the Limitation Act 1980 s 11 for actions where the cause of action is or includes personal injury.
