black eye

as most of you know know i took a beating on friday night. I have a huge black eye but there is a solid lump just in the corner where my socket ends. Is the normal, its really tender and moves..gross i know

If that particular lump isn't giving you lots of trouble on it's own, I'd suggest waiting until the swelling and bruising goes down and if it doesn't soften up or begin to fade, go see your doctor. When I had my nose broken (In an equally unprovoked attack) I went to the hospital straight away but they told me they couldn't tell me anything until the swelling goes down and they could see more.

could be some sort of blood-clot - probably nothing to worry about, and should eventually dissolve away. Go and see the doctor if it doesnt go away after a while.
