In the reaction between Potassium Bromide solution and Phosphoric acid are the products Hydrogen Bromide and H2KPO4?

so the equation for the reaction between a tertiary alcohol and these 2 reagents would be:

C(CH3)3OH + KBr + H3PO4 --> C(CH3)3Br + H2KPO4 + H2O
