My boyfriend has a 'social habbit' that I disagree with...well the amount he has started to do it anyway. Am I being too harsh by vocalising my dislike for it? I don't want to make him choose but it literally annoys me so much. Do I need to lighten up, or is it fair that I say what I feel? What would you do if you and your boyfriend/girlfriend had this situation???

What is it? Well it's fine to talk about/vocalise it, but depending on what it is, you shouldn't really tell him that he CANNOT do it. Also it would depend on how long you two had been together.

You can't tell him what to do, but not be afraid to voice your dislike for it.

If he tells you to stay out of it, then do that.

P.S Is this about smoking/drugs?

Is it smoking?

You need to accept it. No one should have to change because their habits ''annoy'' you. Find someone without those habits if it bothers you that much.
