Goldney seems very proud with their summer ball.. does Manor has one??

I know we usually have a Garden party in the grounds, don't think it's anything near as grand as the Goldney ball but it's more of a hall event (the Goldney Ball attracts people from all over the uni.)

I can't wait for the CHH Snowball, meant to be the best of all the winter ones!

Yeah, I was gonna say, CHH has the winter ball (the Snowball - Friday - BUY YOUR TICKETS GUYS!!), Manor has the spring term ball and Goldney the summer ball.

Erm, can I just say, Wills made a LOSS last year on their summer ball, Goldney hall made a £7000 profit.

You guys were tighter? :p:

I've heard that Goldney ball is by far the best summer ball - sorry Wills

Reply 8

That doesn't meant that it will be this year.

I was at both Wills and Goldney last summer and would probably say personally, that Goldney pipped it in terms of ents line-up but then i possibly had more fun at Wills. Both are awesome and it all depends who you're with and how much use you make of all the ents...... But you knew that anyway

Of course,I will be at the Wills one, so it will be better.

Just felt I needed to sign up to clear this up. Wills did not make a loss last year. I can tell you that as a fact. Profit was made to give a starting balance for this years Ball. Wills Ball does not aim to make a profit as all funds are used in order to make the event better.

Please check your facts before saying things like that
