I want to go into a journalism or media course when i start university - but the entry requirements all say i need a humanities. I've taken English language, Media studies, History and Art as my A level subjects, and i was always going to drop Art in A2, only i'm doing better in Art than i thought i would and i'm not that great in my history course despite getting an A in GCSE. Would Media studies count as a humanities, or will i have to keep on doing history in A2 to get the entry requirements? x

I don't think Media is Humanities, doen't they say which subjects count on the entry requirements?

History is definitely humanities, pretty sure media isn't counted. Afraid to say keeping on history might be your best option!

if you've got english and history, depending on what university you go to, i think that should be fine. some unis like you having media as it shows you're interested.
