if its for rowlands pharmacy trainee dispenser
and 2 people are pharmacists who were qualified in india and italy applying for the same job as me.
Im 18 wanting to do pharm at uni but on gap year?

One job will almost definitely go to the Indian because they're Indian and the second will probably go to another minority or a white female. If you're all white and all male the odds will probably be even for you all; ie 1 in 8.
