Effects of Oversleeping? + How can I stop Watch

I was wandering what the effects of oversleeping are?

Personally I seem to sleep like 12 hours a day, I really hate it but if I try to wake myself via alarm after 8 hours I am just to tired. Anyway to help stop this?

You have to get out of the habit of needing so much sleep. If you have 7 or 8 hours sleep at night, every night, your body will become used to it after a week or 2. Just persevere through the tiredness.

Get a routine. Go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time everyday, with no naps during the day. If you do oversleep just shrug it off and try again the next day.

Even better go to bed at the same time every night and don't set an alarm. Just wait until your body wakes up. After 2 weeks or so you will see how much sleep your body really needs and also will have a routine in place.
