Past participles that require être as their auxiliary verb in the perfect are descendu, retorné, allé, parti, entré, resté, sorti, venu, arrivé, mort, monté, tombé and né, as well as compounds such as devenu. They mean descended, returned, gone, left, entered, stayed, exited, come, arrived, died, taken up, fallen, been born and become respectively.

In terms of topics, you could do a daily routine one with reflexives. I woke up and had breakfast and am going to return home and go to sleep etc...

Thank you. I just looked it up and I had never realised that 'passer' took être!

For the future you could write about your plans for your future - university/career etc. Or plans for the summer holidays.

For the past you could do a typical day in your life type thing. Include verbs like 'se lever', 'se laver', 'se réveiller' etc.

Have you learnt that Mrs Van Der Tramp thing? That will help you remember verbs that take être. They also go into pairs, e.g. 'naître' and 'mourir'.

Is this how you say maybe: peut-être.
How do you say sat down, is it this: Je me suis assis
I have already done my daily routine

Yes, both those things are correct.

Je m'amuse is indeed I have fun, or I'm enjoying something.

Se coucher however means to lie down. While usually it's used to say to go to bed on its own, there are cases where it doesn't.
