Obviously the bigger Uni's will have more facilities etc, but in all honesty does it matter? What are the pros and cons of attending a large or small University?

Smaller unis can be good since they're more intimate - you get more time with lecturers, personal tutors etc. Fewer students means more contact time. Downside is that you might have fewer facilities and perhaps fewer students to make friends with.

Larger unis will, depending on the uni, have more facilities but you might be just another number in the lecture. You'll have less contact time with lecturers and your personal tutor might be someone you only see once a year.
