Aspirin: Working out rate constant at pH 7.0 Watch

Ok, so i have already worked out apparent rate order of aspirin from plotting ln[salicylic aicd] vs. time at different temperatures (5/25/40 degrees), in a constant pH of 9.0 buffer and got first order rates.

What i am having trouble with is, I need to calculate the rate constant at room temperature/25 degrees (which i already have the rate constant for) but at a pH of 7.0. And i am wondering how i would go about doing this?

Is there some sort of calculation i need?

If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be a great help...
