Currently, I'm having trouble sticking to my revision schedule as I have trouble sleeping. I usually sleep at 4/5 am and I usually wake up at two. I want to commence revision at 12pm, but my sleeping habits are obstructing this. I don't know what to do. Any tips will be appreciated.

Change you're sleeping pattern. Set alarms for early morning then you will be tired for the first few days but eventually you will start being tired enough at night to get to bed early.
