i revised 2 weeks prior to the exam when i did this, and found the perfect method.

get a CGP book for it (make sure you get the right one), and just summarise the whole book. my notes covered the whole book and only took me like 10 pages or something. then do past papers and semi-memorise answers (a lot of the questions were repeated in papers from what i remember)

i got a high A, and would have probably gotten an A* if they gave me the opportunity to bash islam

Hi
I have gcses coming up soon. I have been revising. For Religious studies i usually just read through all my notes and look over the only I have 2 past papers. I would really like to get an A*. But the religious studies ethics just won't fit in my head. I was wondering if anybody could give me some tips in revising religious studies.
thanks, and any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you're doing Christianity and Islam, I can help you.

This is exactly what I'm doing, except at then end of each chapter, I do the section of the past paper that was relevant to that.
I have also made posters of the key words

I'm doing this GCSE, I find making notes and past papers really help. I then make targets for myself too.

I'm screwed for the exam, anyone know how to answer a question about why Christians help criminals to reform
why do you need to bash another religion for that?
I am doing christianity and islam
I am doing christianity and islam
I'm also doing Christianity and Islam. However I do philosophy of both religions and we learn complicating stuff like what conservative fideist salafists believe. If anyone else is doing or has done Religion and Philosophy for GCSEs, could you please give me advise on how to revise for it.
Thanks

I did the edexcel Spec last year and I got full marks in both papers but what I did was get like a notepad and book and bullet point key ideas and write questions then write the arguments/points for it . Also I did loads of exam questions , and I took notes off from the mark scheme because they are quite accurate . Make sure you learn key quotes too so it can be used in most questions . It makes your life easier and also it gets you the marks . Hope that helped  .
