1-Find out your BMR substract 500 calories and eat that much every day

2-Burn 500 calories through cardio every single day(45 min jog,1hour and a half fast paced walk, spinning class,45min cross trainer).

Make sure you eat enough protein to not lose significant muscle.

Take a daily multi vitamin.

You will lose 2 pounds a week.

Once you lost 15+ pounds start doing some crunches and obliques to shape up your tummy.
Body weight squats and sit ups are also very good.

This is a pointless post she knows she has some fat, and she wants to do something about it coming here and telling her the very same thing she has already told us is stupid.

OP some guys have posted some useful links already read them, use them and your well on your way to getting what you want, ignore the above post.

firstly all you really need is to tone up, and your hips are fine btw, youve got a good figure

i suggest eat what you are eating now and just excercise more- at least 3 times a week in short 10-30 minute pockets of workouts that you can repeat a few times

maybe buy a dvd that focusses on those areas?

cardio + pilates could help

Cardio and a low carb diet will to the trick.

Eat multiple small portion of meals a day. Don't eat after 9pm because if you eat later than that time, the food you eat will be stored as fat in your body. Avoid eating heavy meals at night. It's better to eat a heavy breakfast because it burns throughout the day.

What's the point in posting if you're incapable of giving any advice?

Ive been recently been losing weight, and i have mainly cut down on unneccesary snacks such as chocolate or crisps, and generally been eating healthy. Also every now and again i go for a jog when the weather is nice. As well as this i do abs exercises whenever im just sitting down doing nothing. Ive lost 5kg so far, from doing nothing extreme. Im sure you can do the same but if im honest you dont look that bad.

sounds good, but like the other guy said be prepared to run for long periods of time and it can help to run at a faster pace every now and again to challenge yourself

enjoy it
