My BMI places me in the overweight category...I'm not sure what my body fat % is or anything...but it must be quite high because my tummy is quite prominent. I know that you cant pinpoint fat loss...but I am particularly uncomfortable with my thighs, tummy and hips...

Can anyone recommend me exercise to help burn this fat? I have been going running a few times, and I'm thinking about going to the gym....how often should I be going? I have also reduced the amount of fat, carbs and sugars in my diet...
