I was just looking through some past questions, and saw this question:

'Tory Democracy was the most important element of Disraelian Conservatism.' How far do you agree with the statement?

How exactly do you differentiate between the two, or is there not that much difference? I know I could talk about his social reforms, using the Liberal policies and highlighting their failure, pure opportunism. But I'm a bit confused about the issue of foreign policy. Would I say that this is part of Tory Democracy or not?
